Energy Therapy

Energy therapy is a type of complementary and alternative medicine that uses many different types of approaches to facilitate healing. The three main types of energy healing include hands on, hands off, and distant approaches. Although there is very little evidence to show the beneficial results of energy healing, some people claim it has greatly improved their overall health. Some of the most well-known types of energy healing include spiritual healing (although not faith-specific), Reiki, Qigong, light therapy, hands on medicine, acupuncture, electromagnetic therapy and more.
